About College
The University College of Business Studies, Shimla
was established in the year 1995 by the H.P. University. The college
is in the state of infancy but the students have made it a centre of
learning and morale building. the college has excelled in youth
festivals and students of the college have been accepted by national
corporations for training. Placement cell, inter-university exchange
programme, computers, practical training and Internet facility free of
charge are some of the activities.
University College of Business Studies is situated in the heart of the
town in the historical Ava-Lodge building. The location of the college
and sylvan beauty of its surrounding make it attractive campus.
The college has well equipped library of its own. Beside this, the
college has a highly qualified faculty of teachers from the University
Departments and outside sources, i.e. neighbouring Universities,
Government Departments, Corporations and Business Houses.
The college is currently running two courses i.e.

the above courses from India as well as from Foreign Nationals and
Non-resident Indians.
